To set a self-exclusion, go to My Account > Responsible Gaming > Self-Exclusion:
Note: Self-excluding from this page will restrict you from accessing all online gambling sites in New Jersey.
Complete all four separate steps: personal details, waiver, and release, personal declaration, authentication, and submission.
- When processing an online request to self-exclude, you may exclude access to your account for a period of 1 or 5 years. During the time selected, you will be unable to access or re-open your account or take part in any games on any Internet gaming sites in New Jersey. If you need to withdraw money from your account, please contact Player Support.
- If you choose to self-exclude, you will remain on the self-exclusion list until you appear in person at one of the two Division of Gaming Enforcement Offices. You must make this visit after the period of exclusion has expired. You may only choose a lifetime exclusion period by making your request in person at one of the Department of Gaming Enforcement offices.
To self-exclude in person, you can also visit one of the two Department of Gaming Enforcement offices in person at the following address:
Arcade Building - Tennessee Ave & Boardwalk Atlantic City, N.J. 08401 (Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 4:00 pm) |
140 E. Front Street Trenton, NJ (Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 3:00 pm) |
